Key features

Cap orange-salmon to yellow-orange, smooth, with a distinctly striate margin, usually without veil remnants. Stem mottled orange-salmon, WITHOUT a ring, with a white saclike volva at the base; belongs to the grisette group, poisonous raw, edible only after processing.
